All appointments are subject to the cancellation policy. A cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance will incurre a 50% charge of the scheduled service. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Day of cancellations will be treated as no shows and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After 3 consecutive cancellations a 50% deposit will be required to book any service. The salon allows a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the salon has the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment and a fee may apply. The salon accepts cash, debit, credit cards and checks. Payment is due at the time of service. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If the client is dissatisfied with the final result the stylist will offer a one time fix. The salon is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage. The salon is not liable for any allergies, sensitivities or damage to skin or hair. The client is responsible for informing the stylist of any allergies and disclosing previous hair history. The salon may make changes to terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted to the website and social media. These changes will take effect immediately . Continual use of services after any changes authorizes your acceptance of the new terms of service. By booking an appointment for any service, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
